Rev. Dr. Henry Harold Bradshaw, 91, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at the Westhills Village Hospice Care in Rapid City, South Dakota. Henry was born on February 2, 1930 to Harold and Beatrice (Maunder) Bradshaw in Ithaca, New York. Henry grew up in Deep River, Connecticut and Red Oak, Iowa. He eventually settled in Topeka, Kansas where he met his future bride, Evelyn Millison. They both graduated from the University of Kansas. Henry then went to Hartford Theological Seminary in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1982, he earned his Doctor of Ministry Degree at McCormick Seminary.

Henry served the First Congregational Church in Norwich, CT from 1954 to 1959. He then served the Minnehaha Congregational Church in Minneapolis, MN from 1960 to 1965, Congregational Church in Faribault, MN from 1965 – 1971, Ralston Community Church in Ralston, Nebraska from 1971 – 1982, and First Congregational Church in Rapid City, SD from 1982 – 1995, where he retired and received the status of Pastor Emeritus.

Henry and Evelyn were married on December 30, 1951, and were the proud parents of three children: M. Laurel Bradshaw of Cologne, MN; Dawn E. Bradshaw of Bloomington, MN; Rebecca L. (Cash) Colbert of Geneva, IL. Henry is survived by his two sisters, Joyce Questel of Indianapolis, IN and Faith (Jack) Greenwood of Lawrence, KS; three grandchildren: Connor Colbert and Claire Colbert of Seattle, WA, and Calen Colbert of Geneva, IL; and a special friend of the family, Kathy Gray of Bloomington, MN.

Henry enjoyed reading, woodworking and making furniture, electronics, and camping. He and Evelyn enjoyed travels to Europe, Israel, the Baltic region, and Russia.
